Real Property Alterations

Please report any changes to the real property that were made between January 1 and December 31. If this parcel has been transferred to a new owner by an unrecorded private agreement or deed, then please submit a copy with this form. If the owner is deceased, please attach a copy of the death certificate and the name and address of the executor or heirs of the estate.


To submit the form by email:

  1. Download the form to your computer

  2. Complete the form and save your changes

  3. Click on the Submit Form button at the top of the form.


If these steps are not followed, clicking the Submit Form button will not electronically transmit the form to the Assessor. Another way to submit the form electronically is to attach it and any related documents to an email and send it to AssessorAgForms@tularecounty.ca.gov.

Forms can also be returned by mail to the Assessor's mailing address printed on the front of the form.
