The Tulare County Assessor Clerk/ Recorder's public service counters will reopen Monday, June 1. Out of concern for the safety of Tulare County staff and the general public, the Assessor Clerk/ Recorder urges the use of the public counters on an emergency basis. If conducting business in person at the public service counters is essential, the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder recommends the continued practice of social distancing and wearing of masks or facial coverings.
The offices of the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder are located at the County Civic Center, 221 S. Mooney Blvd., Visalia. The Assessor's public counters will be open from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and closed on the weekends and holidays. The Recorder's public counters will be open from 8am-3pm Monday-Friday and closed on the weekends and holidays.
