Copies of Recorded Documents

Use our online portal to search for recorded documents. To maximize your results, enter all possible spelling variations of names and other search criteria. To obtain copies of recorded documents, you can do so online, in person or by mail.


  • Certified copies cannot be paid for online. Orders are queued for 14 business days, and payment must be made in person during office hours.

  • Regular copies can be purchased online with a credit card and downloaded immediately after payment.

  • If you live out of the area or cannot visit our office, you must mail your request for certified copies. Click "Obtaining Copies by Mail" below for details.

Copy fees

  • The first page is $3.00.

  • Each additional page of the same document is $1.00.

  • Certification is $2.00 per document.

Document images are viewable only after purchase.

By using this service in any form, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the County and anyone involved in storing, retrieving or displaying this information for any damage of any type that may be caused by retrieving this information over the internet.
