Please note, the document references an Archaeological Survey Report (ASR); however, due to confidentiality requirements for certain content contained in the ASR, the document is not included in the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). However, the ASR can be reviewed at the RMA office at the address above by appointment by calling Ms. Jessica Willis by phone at (559) 624-7122 or by email at [email protected]. Also, the MND will be available at the Visalia Main Branch and Three Rivers libraries; however, due to the size of the attachments, they have not been printed but are available for review on the compact disc (CD) provided in the project binder. As only one CD has been provided with each binder, please keep the CD with the binder.
