The County Surveyor’s Office is responsible for providing property and mapping information including survey records, boundary information and right of way information to the public, professional community and other government agencies. Additionally, the office processes records of survey, parcel maps and subdivision maps according to state and local laws prior to recording.

Submittals for the purpose of this page refers only to Corner Records, Records of Surveys, Final Parcel Maps, and Final Tract Maps.

An initial submittal and all review submittals may be made via email or sent to our mailing address. This office's preference is to receive all examination submittals electronically.

After receiving the initial submittal it will be reviewed for completeness, a case number will be assigned, and if fees were not provided they will be requested.
An initial submittal of a Corner Record may be made to our office address or by our email address. The examination fee for a Corner Record is $11.00.
An initial submittal of a Record of Survey may be made to our office address or by our email address. The examination fee for a record of survey is $536.00, fees for recording are $83.00 for the 1st sheet plus $2.00 per additional sheet.
After the approval of the Tentative Parcel Map an initial submittal of a Final Parcel Map may be made to our office address or by our email address. Exact fees will be requested on receipt of a initial submittal. Additionally, a current title report shall be included with the submittal.
