Taxes are assessed for road improvement projects and storm water retention in select areas of the unincorporated regions of the County. These districts have been established by a vote of the property owners.  Below are the approved resolutions for maintenance assessment districts in Tulare County, in which specific fees and district boundaries are outlined.
