New Homes in Goshen (West Visalia)

On February 1, a new housing development in Goshen
celebrated its grand opening.

At the beginning of February, a highly anticipated housing development by San Joaquin Valley Homes celebrated its grand opening in Goshen, featuring newly constructed homes, strategically located right off Highway 99, across Betty Drive. This housing development will feature more than 300 homes, offering future residents convenient access to travel and commuting for future residents, all within driving distance from nearby Visalia, Fresno, and the Giant Sequoias in Three Rivers.

From the early stages of planning to the final steps of construction, the RMA’s team of skilled planners and building inspectors play a pivotal role in supporting housing developers, such as San Joaquin Valley Homes, every step of the way. Their expertise ensures that each phase of a project meets state building standards, from building permits to inspections. In September 2024, the RMA helped celebrate the grand opening of the 53-unit Salt + Light Neighborhood Village, which offers housing opportunities for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. By maintaining high standards, alignment with the state’s building code, and guiding the way, the RMA’s planning and building teams contribute significantly to the development of safe, livable neighborhoods that will serve the community for years to come, making Goshen and the greater Tulare County region a better place to live for current and future residents alike.
