Every year PAL has a Bicycle Give-away at the Sheriff's Department Open House in November. At the give away PAL awards 20 children with new bicycles and helmets. Throughout the year, PAL also collects donated bicycles and refurbishes them to deliver to children throughout Tulare County. PAL also donates bicycles to assist other local community outreach events in Tulare County that focus on gang awareness, education and community service. On average The PAL Organization donates over 200 bicycles a year throughout Tulare County.
