Shooting in Cutler Wounds Toddler

About 8 p.m. on 9/3/23, a 26-year-old father was walking with his daughter in the area of 2nd Drive and Santa Fe Street in Cutler when a vehicle drove by them and fired a gun at them. The daughter, who is just shy of her third birthday, was struck in her upper right arm. She was transported to a local hospital.
