TCSO Ag Detectives Arrest Three Connected to Burglaries, Stolen Equipment, Drugs & Guns

Over the last couple of months, TCSO Ag Crimes Detectives have been investigating trespassing at a local cattle ranch. During the course of the investigation, Detectives learned the suspects from Squaw Valley were breaking into a cattle ranch and using the ranch to access Tulare County, leaving gates opened, which threatened the livestock on the property. TCSO Ag Crimes Detectives connected several suspects, 42-year-old Adrian Saiz, 40-year-old Victoria Montijo and 35-year-old Tommy Humphreys, who were involved in several ongoing burglaries of a home in Badger. All three suspects were arrested. During their arrest, Saiz, Montijo and Humphreys were found to be in possession of stolen property from the Badger home.

On December 14, 2023 Detectives served a warrant at a home in the 33000 block of Wolverine Lane in Squaw Valley. With help from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office, TCSO Ag Detectives contacted Saiz, Montijo, and a third suspect, 56-year-old Tim Anderson. All three were arrested after Detectives found pieces of stolen heavy equipment and a vehicle stolen out of Fresno and Tulare Counties. They also face charges of being in possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. All three suspects were booked into the Fresno County Jail.
