TCSO Detectives Make Another Arrest in Drive-By Shooting

On 7/29/23, 19-year-old Raul Vasquez-Carreon was arrested by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office for a drive-by shooting in Cutler. On 8/4/23, TCSO TAGNET Detectives continued the investigation and arrested 18-year-old Placido Guzman after a warrant was served at his home in Dinuba.  During the warrant, Detectives found a stolen handgun and short-barreled assault rifle. Guzman was booked at the Adult PreTrial facility for possession of a stolen handgun, possession of an assault rifle, possession of cocaine, and concealing evidence related to a crime.
