TCSO Detectives Searching for Missing At-Risk Teenager

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 17-year-old Jhenna Rivera. She was last seen just after 3 p.m. on 2/25/23, in the 33300 Block of Meadow Drive in Springville. Rivera is considered at-risk because of mental disabilities. Jhenna is described as 5'1", 150 pounds with brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair. TCSO’s plane “Wren 1” also searched the area and Detectives responded to the scene.
