TCSO Swiftwater Team Recovers Springville Man from Tule River

The body of a Springville man who went missing in the Tule River on May 13 was recovered on 8/11/23, near Upper Globe Drive in Springville by the Tulare County Sheriff’s Swiftwater Dive Rescue Team. The victim was 38-year-old William Moore. His family has been notified. We extend our sympathy to his family.
