Two Delano Gang Members Arrested for Series of Armed Robberies

Two gang members were arrested for four armed robberies of pedestrians on April 13 in Richgrove, McFarland, Delano, and Earlimart:

   •    Saul Ochoa, 20, was arrested July 3 in Delano.

   •   Jarell Agbalog, 20, was arrested yesterday in Delano.

Between the hours of 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on April 13, the two suspects drove up to people who were walking and held them up at gunpoint, confiscating their wallets and cell phones. Through investigation, detectives identified the suspect vehicle and later identified Ochoa and Agbalog as the two responsible for the armed robbery series.
