Top 10 Fugitive Captured in Tulare 

UPDATE:

With information from the public, Detectives with the Sheriff’s Street Crimes Unit were able to track down Top 10 Fugitive Luis Lomeli, execute a search warrant, and take him into custody after a multi-block chase on 1/5/24. 19-year-old Luis Lomeli, of Orosi, was wanted for a felony domestic violence warrant and for a short pursuit with TCSO during which he dumped a loaded gun.

During the search, Detectives found three guns, including a short-barreled style assault rifle. Detectives also found drugs for sale, including Fentanyl. Lomeli was arrested at the home, along with five other adults.

A new fugitive has been added to the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted Criminals in Hiding List and we are asking for information from the public to help us find him:

   •    Luis Lomeli, 19, of Orosi, is wanted for a felony domestic violence warrant and for a short pursuit with TCSO. He fled the scene and threw out a loaded gun.
