The investigation revealed 21-year-old Oscar Martinez Arriaga of Orosi and another person broke into to the victims’ storage units and stole their property.

During the warrant, Detectives seized clothing, hand tools, lawn equipment, jewelry and other items that were later returned to the owners. The estimated recovery value was $5,410 dollars. Arriaga was booked into the Adult Pre-Trial Facility without incident. He is being charged with burglary and possession of stolen property.
