 On 12-20-16 the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) developed information that a subject on the Sheriff’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, Yvonne Martinez, was currently in the area of Orosi, Ca.  Martinez was wanted on a narcotics related felony warrant. CATTCH detectives responded to a residence and located Martinez. She was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Adult Pre-Trial Facility.
