Assignment of Mortgage and Beneficial Interests

Substitution of Trustee is a document used to appoint a new trustee under a previously recorded deed of trust.

Full Reconveyance is an instrument used to transfer title from a trustee to the equitable owner of real estate when title is held as collateral security for a debt.

Commonly used when a deed of trust is paid in full.  (Please see Civil Code 2941)


Assignment of Deed of Trust assigns or transfers the beneficial interest in a deed of trust from one party to another. (Please see Civil Code 2934)

Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust assigns or transfers the beneficial interest in a deed of trust from one party to another. (Please see Civil Code 2934)
