Power of Attorney
An instrument containing an authorization for one to act as an agent for another in a designated capacity. Terminates upon revocation by the principal or upon the death of the principal or agent. (Civil Code 2933)

An instrument containing an authorization for one to act as agent for another in a designated capacity. Terminates upon revocation by the principal or upon death of the principal or agent, or upon the date of termination.
Revocation of Power of Attorney
Revokes or cancels the powers given under a previously recorded power of attorney. (Civil Code 1216)
