This final version of the Draft EIR incorporates the errata and revisions identified in the Errata chapter of the Final EIR.

This notice was published in the Sun-Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in Tulare County, on January 10, 2024. As stated in the notice, the 10-day review period for the Final EIR will end on January 23, 2024.

This Draft EIR has a 45-day review period beginning on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 and ending on Friday, October 27, 2023.
