October 19, 2020 - This project was noticed in the Sun-Gazette and scheduled for release on Monday, October 19, 2020 for a 30-day review period which would have ended on November 18, 2020. However, due to recent Covid-related issues and the County's emergency threat/response protocols, the County's RMA Planning Division offices were closed October 13-15, 2020. As such, the release was delayed and the commenting period for this environmental document will be extended to November 20, 2020.
