The County of Tulare: Disadvantaged Communities Infrastructure and Planning Policy analysis Grant ("the Project") is a three-year study and report, resulting in General Plan Amendment (GPA 17-033 and GPA17-035) representing twenty-one (21) "Community Plans," and over twenty-seven (27) Changes to Zoning Code and Zoning District Boundary Maps, throughout the "Planning Areas," or roughly forty-eight (48) entitlements in all.
