On Thursday, TCSO Homicide Detectives served a warrant in the 500 block of Highland in Tulare. The warrant was related to an ongoing double murder investigation and arrest this week of Brian Macias Villanueva of Tulare.

As a result of the warrant, Detectives found numerous illegal guns, ammunition and a bullet proof vest at the home. 33-year-old Danni Cuevas of Tulare was found and arrested at the home and booked into the Adult PreTrial Facility. He’s facing charges of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
