Tulare County Sheriff's Special Victim's Unit Detectives are looking for 70-year-old Juventino Virgen.

Virgen is a suspect in a sexual assault case involving a juvenile victim that SVU Detectives are investigating. Virgen lives in Tulare County, but is possibly heading toward Mexico or the state of Washington to avoid law enforcement. Virgen is 5’4, weighs 150lbs, has black hair and brown eyes.
