Around 7:30 this morning, TCSO Deputies were called to the area of Road 44 and Avenue 224  in Tulare for a report of a stolen ATV. When Deputies were on their way, the victim found his ATV along with the suspect who had taken the ATV. The victim was able to detain the man until Deputies arrived. TAGNET Detectives arrived on scene and arrested 33-year-old Dustin Drennen.

Drennen had two active felony warrants out of Kings County, and one active Felony warrant out of Kern County for attempted homicide on a Delano Peace Officer. He was booked on his Felony warrants and possession of stolen property and possession of a stolen vehicle.
