17-Year-Old Boy Arrested for Threatening to Kill 14-Year-Old Classmate

Around 12:30 on 12/7/21,TCSO Deputies were called to the TCOE Alternative Achievement Program in Visalia for a student threatening to kill another. 

When Deputies arrived, they learned that the 17-year-old suspect had previously been suspended for jumping the 14-year-old victim. 

Today was the suspect’s first day back at school. He was overheard in class threatening to kill the victim. The suspect was arrested for making criminal threats and booked into the Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility.

Sheriff Boudreaux would like to remind the public that the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office takes threats like these extremely seriously. They will not be tolerated and those who make them will face serious consequences. They are not a joke. And they will not be treated like one.
